There shall be appointed four (4) Heads of Departments (HODs) namely HOD Analysis, HOD Liaison and Linkages, HOD Human Resources, and HOD ICT. The HODs are directly under the ED. Aside the HOD Analysis, who is sourced from outside the Service and among members of the academia, other HODs are sourced from within the Service.
Head of Department Analysis:
The HOD analysis shall be responsible to the ED for coordinating the Consultants, Interns and research works of the Centre, as well as analysis and publication of research material.

Head of Department Human Resources:
The HOD Administration shall be responsible to the ED for day to day administration of the Centre.
Head of Department Liaison and Linkages:
The HOD Liaison and Linkages shall be responsible to the ED for coordinating and supervising the execution of professional training, certification courses and liaison services between the Centre andother relevantorganizations,includingMinistries,DepartmentandAgencies.
Head of Department Information and Communication Technology (ICT):
The HOD ICT shall be responsible to the ED for provision of efficient and effective technical service, as well as maintenance of a standard library services and electronic media platform of the Centre.
